1. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, pls contact our service team within one hour of placing it.
Pls kindly note that cancellation could not be processed once your order is shipped.
2. Order Returns & Exchanges
We would like to facilitate returns and exchanges of unused products within 180 days of receipt(US only).
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
The steps to Do a Return/Exchange:
Step 1: Contact Customer Care---providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
Step 2: Receive Return Address---We would like to provide the return address after approval of your return request.
Return/Exchange Charge:
Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return/exchange within 30 days of receipt. Consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee if the return /exchange is beyond 30 days(US only).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@newmisshair.com.
