Shipping Methods:

NEWMISS Hair utilizes reliable carriers such as USPS, Amazon Logistics, FedEx, UPS, DHL and Royal Mail for global shipping.

Total Delivery Time:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipping Charge:

For United States, it is free shipping.

For rest of world, we charge about $20-$35 for one order according to the shipping company charge.

Please Note:

Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, order will be cancelled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order. 

Package Delivery:

It is strongly recommended for you sign for delivery,  If package shipped to the correct address or right door frontal by shipment agent ,we won't be responsible for the missing after delivery.

Please contact us within one week since the package shows delivered if you didn't receive it, the shipping company does not accept investigation requests for packages delivered over one week.
